The present invention relates to a touch-free photo-booth device for directly transferring a photo of a high throughput, and more specifically, to an automated device which captures a photo, and also receives the photo from a photo-booth device installed in a conference, exhibition, marketing event, etc., and which can protect privacy and can share the photo. The photo-booth device of the present invention comprises: a booth for receiving a user for photographing; a camera for photographing the user in the booth; an infrared sensor for recognizing a specific motion of the user in the booth; a computer connected to the camera and the infrared sensor to transceive various signals and data for control with the same, controlling a device, and storing a digital photo; and a screen for displaying a photo received from the computer. The infrared sensor transmits data regarding a gesture to allow the camera to be operated, and the camera transmits the captured digital photo to the computer. The computer generates a quick response (QR) code for each of the received digital photos, stores the same with the photo, generates a uniform resource locator (URL) for a location where the photo is stored, and hosts the photo captured through a web socket. The screen receives a plurality of digital photos and a pair of QR codes from the computer, and simultaneously displays a layout including the photos and the QR codes for each of the photos on a screen.
