Disclosed is a food management system based on Internet-of-Things (IoT) for safe supply of food. The food management system uses a computer system including a server networked with at least one sensor. The food management system comprises: a sensor for measuring environment data including the temperature and the humidity of storing, distributing, and washing places of kitchen tools and food and monitoring data including the temperature and the PH of food on the basis of a hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) procedure, and transmitting the measured monitoring data to a server; an analysis server for controlling the sensor, collecting the monitoring data received from the sensor, analyzing the collected data, and determining whether abnormal data exists; a central server for receiving the existence of abnormal data from the analysis server, and transmitting an abnormal data occurrence notification message to a smart terminal of a manager when the abnormal data exists; and a wired/wireless communications network for transmitting information between the sensor, the analysis server, the central server, and the smart terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
