The present invention relates to a solid insulation water tank system for inner-city high-density fish preservation and aquaculture on land. To maintain water quality and temperature homeostasis, which are core factors for fish preservation and aquaculture, an aquaculture tank is formed into a rectangular body with an insulator and the upper part of the body is sealed by a cover with an insulator, and thus, the inside insulation leads to a reduction in cost for installing and operating a heat exchange device, filtering and pretreatment in the aquaculture tank relieves a load on a filtering tank during circulative filtering, the installation of a venture injector increases dissolved oxygen in water, and the installation of a foam collection tank on the inner surface of the aquaculture tank enables foam floating on the upper part to be automatically collected and discharged by the convective circulation of aquaculture water. Since the system has an improved structure which is miniaturized and lightened, has high efficiency, and is modularized by the installation in a container, the system changes the condition of aquaculture water in a circulative filtering type aquaculture tank, thereby making possible inner-city high-density fish preservation and aquaculture on land.
