The present invention relates to a portable terminal case, an audio signal treating device using the same, and an audio signal treating method thereof. The portable terminal case includes an earphone module which can be attached to and detached from an earphone jack of a portable terminal. The earphone module is installed on the upper surface of the portable terminal case, and an earphone plug is installed as an integration type or a separation type connected to a cable by corresponding to the position of the earphone jack of the portable terminal. The portable terminal case outputs an audio signal by using the earphone module in accordance with a rotation motion and a return motion of the earphone module or outputs the audio signal by using a speaker of the portable terminal. According to the present invention, the portable terminal case is linked with an application installed in the portable terminal and treats selective output of the audio signal by using the earphone module or the speaker of the portable terminal. According to the present invention, there is no cable exposed to the outside of the portable terminal case, and the portable terminal case is easily carried. When a user makes a call or plays a media, the portable terminal case prevents receiving sound or played sound from being heard to a person in a periphery. Therefore, the portable terminal case can minimize the generation of noise or a leakage of personal information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
