The present invention relates to a strain of Aspergillus oryzae SSU1102-08 (KCTC13033BP) which is a eukaryotic microorganism for use in brewing traditional alcoholic beverages, and a method of producing makkoli using the same, wherein the strain has glycosylation and fermentation capacities, and a unique flavor. Particularly, the strain of the present invention can be used as a single strain to carry out glycosylation and fermentation simultaneously, can be used as basic material for improving products, and provides useful information for the alcohol industry. According to the present invention, the development of starters such as the strain of the present invention that has excellent fermentation capacity and functionality, along with foundational technologies that can be used in the standardization and quality enhancement of traditional alcoholic beverages, can greatly contribute to increasing the competitiveness in the global bioindustry.
