The present invention provides a cushion for correcting a sitting posture and supporting a lumbar portion, which is made of polyurethane foam to provide convenience and comfort when being seated. When sitting on the cushion, a rear side of the cushion on which a hip portion is mounted is slightly lowered, and a wall having a predetermined height is formed along an edge in the rear to support a rear portion of the hip and a lumbar portion.
