The present invention relates to a press die structure designing method for an ultra-high strength steel cold forming component. The press die structure designing method for an ultra-high strength steel cold forming component includes: a molding analysis step of grasping a molding load applied to a die by using a shell element to be used for a die structure analysis after modeling the die and analyzing the deformation amount and the distribution degree of the molding load generated in the die; a rib designing step of designing a rib structure and shape of a casting unit to distribute the molding load generated in the die through the molding analysis step; and a verification step of verifying the deformation amount and the distribution degree of the molding load generated in the die through a die structure analysis after applying the rib designed through the rib designing step to the casting unit. The present invention is able to reduce a defective rate in molding.
