The present invention provides a rear surface projection type screen for a shelf display module which can reduce a speckle, and a shelf display module including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rear surface projection type screen for a shelf display module comprises: a louver part alternately arranging a transmission part transmitting laser light and an absorption part absorbing the laser light; a light collecting part located on a rear surface side of the louver part in which the laser light is incident to the louver part, and collecting the incident laser light to the transmission part; and a diffuser located on a front surface side of the louver part.
