The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating lung cancer comprising a cell-permeable homeobox A9 (HOXA9) fusion protein, and it was confirmed that the cell penetration of HOXA9 protein was increased by the binding of cell-permeable peptide to the 5 end of HOXA9 protein, and the cell infiltration and migration of the non-small cell lung cancer were inhibited. Accordingly, the use of the HOXA9 fusion protein of the present invention is expected to be developed as a pharmaceutical composition for effectively preventing or treating non-small cell lung cancer.
