The present invention relates to a mobile system for a small farmer based on a local food, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a mobile application, Wanjugun-developed local food, for the small farmer based on the local food is developed in accordance with a trend rapidly spreading to the whole country to enhance and systemize an agricultural distribution system of production, processing, distribution, and sales, and to restore a local community through information sharing with the small farmer who produces a local product. Also, a safe food known with a producer thereof is provided to a consumer so as to contribute the creation of an income of the small farmer. The mobile application for the small farmer based on Wanju local food is developed so as to develop advertisement and sponsorship for a local product and a local food, a delicious town, a good town, recipe information provision, a healthy meal, seasonal food information provision, a good restaurant, farmhouse restaurant information provision, a local product introduction, a recommended product of a local food direct market, an urban-rural direct dealing market, a farmer market, and an urban-rural experience exchange program (an urban-rural cooking experience exchange program). Additionally, a village-related sightseeing product is associated with a shopping mall to create a profit model of a local farmer through an urban-rural direct dealing. Furthermore, an income of a farmhouse is increased due to an urban-rural direct dealing market, a farmer market, and a local festival event, and a farm village sightseeing can be promoted.
