The present invention relates to an intelligent lecture recording system which recognizes a lecture room identification code attached to a lecture room through a user mobile terminal possessed by a lecturer to acquire a lecture recording control right and records a lecture video according to a lecture video recording control manipulation through the lecture identified lecturer mobile terminal, thereby efficiently controlling and managing the lecture video recording.
