According to the present technology, disclosed are a system and method for managing user information obtained based on IoT in a cloud storage. According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, resources of the cloud storage can be stably provided to an employer who is authenticated by storing and managing personal data in conjunction with the cloud storage after performing an authentication procedure of the personal data including employee attendance information collected from various external devices using a predetermined authentication protocol. The security of the personal data can be fundamentally improved.
