The present invention relates to an LED lighting control system in a building through a cloud-based user authentication in an IoT network environment. In a network environment connected to an authentication apparatus, LED lightings are connected to each other to control the lightings to be efficiently turned on even in a place of a person authenticated by only one user authentication. The LED lighting control system comprises: a user information registration unit for receiving registration of a user′s face feature point, a location of a room used by a user, and storing the same; a user authentication unit for authenticating a user from the user′s face image photographed by a camera; a route extraction unit for extracting the shortest route moving from an entrance door to the user′s room; and a lighting control unit for turning on an LED lamp on the extracted shortest route. By using the LED lighting control system as described above, it is possible to prevent unnecessary energy consumption and to efficiently control the LED lighting by turning on the lighting on only the moving path of the corresponding user through user authentication and turning off the LED lighting in a place where a person frequently does not go around.
