The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cooling plate of a battery stack for an electric vehicle, wherein the method includes: an antioxidant layer forming step of forming an antioxidant layer on an upper plate and a lower plate made of an aluminum material forming a cooling plate; a plastic working step of plastic-working the upper plate and lower plate; a solder applying step of applying solder onto a portion in contact with the upper plate and the lower plate; and a heating and joining step in which the upper plate and the lower plate are joined by heating the upper plate and the lower plate while the upper plate and the lower plate are in contact with each other to melt the solder.
