The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for diagnosing organ transplantation acute rejection comprising succinic acid as an active ingredient, and to a detection method using the same, and more particularly, after confirming that an acute transplantation rejection reaction occurs when the concentration of succinic acid is increased in sera from patients first to third weeks after organ transplantation, a level change of the succinic acid in sera of patients who underwent the organ transplantation surgery can be provided as biomarkers for the diagnosis of the acute transplantation rejection reaction, and it is possible to discriminate a high risk group for the acute transplantation rejection reaction in advance by performing early-diagnosis of the acute transplantation rejection reaction within three weeks for the patients who underwent the organ transplantation surgery through non-invasive and extrasomatic diagnosis using the biomarkers.
