According to the present invention, disclosed are a method for preventing a crack of external constraints by hydration heat of concrete, and a system for preventing a concrete crack using the same. More specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for preventing a concrete crack comprises: a temperature measuring apparatus which is installed inside second concrete applies by coming in contact with preliminarily applied first concrete, measures the internal temperature of the second concrete to generate temperature measuring information, and transmits the generated temperature measuring information; a heating apparatus which is installed on the first concrete, and heats the first concrete in accordance with an inputted temperature control signal; and a temperature controlling apparatus which receives the temperature measuring information, and transmits the temperature controlling signal to the heating apparatus in order to keep the difference between the temperature of the first concrete and the temperature measuring information within the preset temperature difference based on the received temperature measuring information.
