Disclosed is a key-segment girder closing method of a partially earth-anchored cable-stayed bridge using a fixed end displacement control device. The method comprises: a step of installing a main tower horizontal beam wherein a reaction bar is mounted on a main tower; a step of using a support fixing end to detachably fix a girder on the main tower horizontal beam, and installing a support on a lower surface of the girder; a step of installing a hydraulic jack between the reaction bar and the support to reach a maximum stroke; a step of removing the support fixing end while the hydraulic jack is installed; a step of releasing a hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic jack to reduce a stroke to move the girder towards an anchor block; a step of lifting a key-segment girder in a space between first and second cable-stayed bridges; a step of connecting one end of the lifted key-segment girder to a girder of the first cable-stayed bridge; and a step of operating the hydraulic jack to move the girder of the first cable-stayed bridge to an original position and connect the other end of the key-segment girder to a girder of the second cable-stayed bridge.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
