One embodiment of the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a fermented ginseng extract using Lactobacillus casei GFC1 strain (KCTC18333P) having excellent SNARE protein inhibition effects. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a cosmetic composition and a preparation method of the same, wherein the cosmetic composition, by comprising a fermented ginseng extract using Lactobacillus casei GFC1 strain (KCTC18333P) having excellent SNARE protein inhibition effects, has an enhanced content of active components and polysaccharides; minimizes cytotoxicity and skin irritability; shows excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities; suppresses collagenase activities; and inhibits SNARE protein activities, thus exhibiting excellent effects of reducing skin wrinkles.
