The present invention provides a skin temperature estimation method using an image, which can measure a skin temperature by only using an image including a skin area. The skin temperature estimation method using an image comprises the following steps by a computer device: detecting the skin area from the image; extracting color data of the skin area; applying the color data to a first regression analysis function defining a relationship between the color data and the temperature, and estimating the skin temperature; and applying the skin temperature, which is estimated by applying the color data, to a second regression analysis function, and estimating the improved skin temperature.
