The present invention relates to a self-healing polyurethane-based coating precursor composition, a self-healing polyurethane-based coating film manufactured therefrom and a method for preparing a self-healing polyurethane-based coating film. When a self-healing polyurethane-based coating film is damaged, the self-healing polyurethane-based coating film is self-healable at room temperature without additional thermal treatment or light irradiation and has high solvent resistance and transparency. The self-healing polyurethane-based coating precursor composition comprises one or more compounds containing S groups; one or more compounds selected from polyisocyanate compounds and polyisothiocyanate compounds; and a polyol compound.
