The present invention relates to a method for evaluating sensitivity of a lighting, which is a sensitivity evaluation method based on a lighting changing under a lighting system, and is able to adjust a color temperature and the brightness in offices, markets, shops and the like, and provide information about an optimized color temperature and illuminations of a lighting. According to the present invention, the sensitivity evaluation method comprises the steps of: providing a test bed comprising a lighting system capable of changing a color temperature and an illumination; setting a color temperature and an illumination within the test bed; performing a sensitivity evaluation of a lighting by a user in the test bed where the color temperature and the illumination are set; gathering and analyzing results evaluated by the user; repeating a step of changing the color temperature and the illumination in the test bed and performing a sensitivity evaluation of the lighting and a step of analyzing the evaluated resu and discovering an optimized color temperature and illumination in the test bed based on the analyzed result. Accordingly, provided are a lighting system capable of adjusting a color temperature, and a sensitivity evaluation method of a lighting system according to a lighting change.
