The present invention relates to an upper extremity rehabilitation training device for stroke patients, which enables stroke patients to perform horizontal adduction exercise and sublation exercise of shoulders and perform rotation exercise of elbows so as to realize movement in daily life. The upper extremity rehabilitation training device for stroke patients according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a chair part on which a patient can sit; an arm exercise device configured to perform horizontal adduction exercise and sublation exercise of shoulders and perform rotation exercise of elbows while the arm is supported after sitting on the chair part; and a left and right water transducer installed at the rear of the main body to connect the arm exercise device and the main body, and selectively moving the arm exercise device to the left and right positions of the patient.
