The present invention relates to a composite material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a semiconductor/conductor composite material having an internal serial connection structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and an applied product including the same, which realize a semiconductor serial type connection structure inside the material by using a laminated structure having a conductive property and capable of being delaminated into two-dimensional structures and a substance having a semiconductor property, thereby improving performance, durability and stability when applied to a battery, a capacitor and a sensor. At least two laminated structures composed of a semiconductor layer and a conductive layer formed on the semiconductor layer are sequentially included in the semiconductor/conductor laminated type composite material.
