The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for determining dynamic reliability of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) based-dead reckoning system, which comprises: a step of checking whether a control part receives GNSS information; a step of determining entering a shade section to measure duration of the shade section by the control part when the GNSS information is not received; a step of resetting a reliability determination standard of the GNSS information based on the measured duration of the shade section by the control part; a step of determining whether the GNSS information satisfies the reliability determination standard in accordance with the reset reliability determination standard by the control part; and a step of correcting position information and corresponding information by using the GNSS information by the control part when the GNSS information satisfies the reset reliability determination standard. It is possible to rapidly correct position information on a moving body and a heading error by rapidly using GNSS data.
