According to a fuel liquefied gas supply system of an engine for a ship necessary to control a methane number of the fuel, the present invention provides: a combined fuel supply heater for integrating a lower temperature part heater, a heavy carbon remover, and a higher temperature part heater; and a system and method for supplying fuel having the combined fuel supply heater. According to the present invention, the fuel liquefied gas supply heater for a ship necessary to control a methane number comprises: a liquefied gas supply unit receiving the liquefied gas; a vaporization unit vaporizing at least a portion of the received liquefied gas; a heating unit heating the gas vaporized in the vaporization unit; and a gas discharging unit discharging the gas heated in the heating unit. The fuel liquefied gas supply heater further comprises: a tray filtering out impurities among fluid vaporized in the vaporization unit and moved toward the heating unit; and a drain unit discharging liquid which is not vaporized in the vaporization unit.
