The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target genetic material. The method comprises the following steps: reacting a sample to determine whether a target genetic material containing nucleic acid components is included or not with a reagent in a predetermined temperature section and proliferating at least part of the target genetic material; concentrating the proliferated target genetic material in the sample comprising the target genetic material of which at least part is proliferated using a biosample concentration device; and detecting the concentrated target genetic material.
