The present invention relates to a method of finding a patent for technology transfer among related patents, which includes: a first step of preparing a patent database; a second step of receiving input of a specific patent; a third step of retrieving related patents related to the specific patent using a related patent model; and a fourth step of determining whether an expiration date of a survival period or a payment date of an annual fee exists within a specific period from the current date and providing the patent as the technology transfer patent candidate among the related patents. Accordingly, it is possible more quickly secure related patents with low costs.
