The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional Nelumbinis semen tea. The method for manufacturing functional Nelumbinis semen tea according to the present invention comprises: a) a raw material collecting and trimming step of collecting Nelumbinis semen, removing the outer skin, removing seeds in the kernel, washing the Nelumbinis semen with water and removing water by naturally drying the Nelumbinis semen at room temperature; b) a step of treating the dried Nelumbinis semen for 50-70 minutes by steaming; c) a step of inputting and roasting the steamed Nelumbinis semen in a roaster which is preheated at the temperature of 260-300°C for 10-30 minutes; d) grinding the roasted Nelumbinis semen through a grinder; and e) a cooling and storing step of inputting the ground Nelumbinis semen in a container and storing the same in a freezer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
