The present invention relates to exercise equipment for strengthening lower body muscles, and more specifically, to exercise equipment for strengthening lower body muscles, which has four pedals to enable a user to continuously climb up by stepping on the pedals in a non-powered manner, as if a user climbs up the actual stairs. The health stepper having four pedals according to the present invention comprises: two pairs of driving means vertically rising from and declining to the ground, wherein, when one of the pair of driving means declines in parallel to the ground, the other rises in parallel to the ground, and each pair of which is composed of two driving means; pedals made from an elastic material for absorbing shock and attached to the upper surface of the driving means; a support frame supporting the driving means; and a load adjustment device disposed on one side of the driving means to adjust speed of vertical movement of the driving means.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
