The present invention relates to a dual structure gas-cooled reactor facility for nuclear reactor waste processing for a marine nuclear power plant. More particularly, the dual structure gas-cooled reactor facility comprises a dual structure block tank dust collector or a dual structure storage tank and floating-type dock carriers. The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the safety of the reactor facility.
