Reselection between normal core network and dedicated core network

Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for selecting a core network. As described herein, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of services provided by a first core network (CN). The UE may take measures to reselect from the first CN to the second CN to access a set of services not provided by the first core network. When the UE desires services that are not available on the CN to which it is currently connected, the UE may send a setup request message requesting the desired services.
