Reselection between regular core network and dedicated core network

Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for selecting a core network. As described herein, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of services provided by a first core network (CN). The UE may take action to reselect from the first CN to the second CN in order to access a set of services not provided by the first core network. When the UE requests a service that is not available on the currently connected CN, the UE may send an establishment request message requesting the requested service.
