The present invention relates to a glaze composition and a manufacturing method of a high hardness porcelain using the glaze composition, wherein the glaze composition comprises feldspar, soda ash, SrCO_3, and silica stone, the glaze composition comprises KNaO and SrCO_3 as chemical components at a molar ratio of 0.1 to 1:0.1 to 1, Al_2O_3 and SiO_2 as chemical components at a molar ratio of 0.2 to 0.6:1.5 to 4.5. The high hardness porcelain manufactured by using the glaze composition according to the present invention has a stable glaze surface free from cracks and pinholes and a smooth surface on which a crystal is not formed, and exhibits excellent glossiness, a high hardness value, and high brightness.
