The present invention relates to a Buddhist rosary prepared with prefabricated handlebar-shaped beads. The present invention includes a handlebar-shaped bead (20) comprising: a lower circular part (21), of which the cross section is circular or oval, and which is formed with a lower vertical hole (41) to the vertical direction; an upper circular part (22), of which the cross section is circular or oval, and which is connected to the top of the lower circular part (21) to form the shape of a snowman along with the lower circular part (21) while having an upper vertical hole (42) connected to the lower vertical hole (41); and a connection member (70) inserted to the inside of the lower vertical hole (41) and upper vertical hole (42) to connect the lower circular part (21) and upper circular part (22). According to the present invention, by using the number ′8′ which is a symbolic number in the Buddhist religion to make the shape of the cross section in a part of the rosary the same as the number ″8″,the rosary can be recognized almost the same as a ′108-bead rosary′ or a ′1000-bead rosary′ with less beads by the Buddhists. Thereby, the present invention can further contribute to the reinforcement of religious belief. Also, by using the connection member which penetrates the lower and upper circular parts to make the handlebar-shaped beads including the lower and upper circular parts, the assembly becomes simple and repair work can be facilitated in the case of damage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
