The present invention relates to a virtual reality image synthesis server for converting a two-dimensional facial image of a user transmitted from a user terminal into a three-dimensional facial image, and synthesizing the three-dimensional facial image with virtual reality data in real time; and a virtual reality image synthesis system having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the virtual reality image synthesis server comprises: a server communication unit for communicating with the user terminal through data communication by passing through a wire/wireless communication network; a server storage unit including a virtual reality database in which the virtual reality data for virtual reality realization are stored; and a server control unit for converting the two-dimensional facial image of the user transmitted from the user terminal into the three-dimensional facial image, and synthesizing the three-dimensional facial image with the virtual reality data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
