The present invention relates to sleeping beauty coffee which is well-being coffee which allows people who have been restricted in coffee culture due to caffeine to enjoy the taste and aroma of coffee without worrying about sleeping and take care of health. The coffee of the present invention can be free from caffeine without going through the conventional expensive process of decaffeinated coffee. Consumers can sleep well in the afternoon or evening of the day, even if the consumers have coffee before bedtime. The freshness of the coffee was important but the coffee of the present invention would be more free from the constraints of the time to be rapidly distributed since the effect of this coffee is enhanced as the coffee is fermented.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
