The present invention relates to a method for producing blended water to prepare ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee, and coffee prepared by blended water. By preparing coffee using the blended water which is produced by an RTD coffee-producing blend water production device including a sodium-based water softener and a carbon filter, an increase in the acidity taking place within the expiration date of coffee products can be avoided without using an acidity controlling agent.
