Disclosed are a heat dissipation structure using a graphene quantum dot and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat dissipation structure comprises: a heat emitting body; and a heat dissipation film provided in the heat emitting body to discharge heat generated from the heat emitting body to the outside, wherein the heat dissipation film includes a graphene quantum dot. Therefore, heat generated in the heat emitting body such as a semiconductor chip can be effectively discharged to the outside.
