The present invention relates to a store management apparatus for providing store investment information based on fin tech and a system including the same for providing store investment information based on fin tech. The system for providing store investment information based on fin tech according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a gas detection sensor disposed at a store to detect gas leakage; a fire detection sensor disposed at a store to detect whether a fire occurs; a break-in detection sensor detecting whether there is any break-in from the outside after the store is closed; a temperature sensor detecting the temperature in the store; a humidity sensor detecting the humidity in the store; an occupancy detection device detecting moving objects inside the store to measure the number of occupants in the store; a store management device receiving data from the gas detection sensor, the fire detection sensor, the break-in detection sensor, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, and the occupancy detection device to determine a state of the store; and an investment information provision server receiving data from the store management device to transmit data on the state of the store in real time to a subscriber terminal subscribed to an investment information service. The present invention is able to manage a plurality of stores at the same time.
