The present invention relates to a ceramic nano-coating agent for metal surface having improved corrosion resistance and to a metal surface treatment method using the same, wherein the ceramic nano-coating agent for metal surface according to the present invention uses 30 to 40 wt% of a binder resin, 5 to 10 wt% of a slip agent, 5 to 10 wt% of a nanoceramic material, and 10 to 20 wt% of a diluting solvent, and in particular, has an effect of improving the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of the metal surface and exhibiting an effect of maintaining excellent adhesion even after prolonged elapsed time. In addition, the ceramic nano-coating agent according to the present invention has an advantage that the metal surface is smoothly maintained even after the surface treatment, and also has the advantage of being quickly dried and giving excellent gloss to the treated metal surface.
