According to the present invention, a check device for a guide missile seeker comprises: a chamber for accommodating at least a portion of a guide missile having the seeker; a target positioned inside the chamber; and a target moving unit moving the target along a predetermined path. The target moving unit includes: a support having a rolling portion capable of rolling at the bottom of the chamber and extending from the rolling portion to support the target; a rotary driving portion which includes a rotary pin extending toward an upper side and drives the rotary pin and which is located on the bottom of the seeker; and a rotary arm which extends in one direction and which is connected to the rotary pin and the support, separately. According to this, the volume and weight of the target moving unit can be reduced.
