The present invention relates to a method for producing hollow nanoparticles for supporting dielectric materials, and a use thereof. A surface of the hollow nanoparticles is modified so as to maximally increase loading capacity of the dielectric material such as mostly negatively charged siRNA, and, when the dielectric material is carried on the hollow nanoparticles, the inside of the hollow nanoparticles is decompressed, thereby increasing the loading capacity of the dielectric material. The hollow nanoparticles produced by the production method of the present invention effectively carry the siRNA, and can induce the release of siRNA continuously for several weeks, thereby effectively silencing genes such as Plekho-1 capable of inhibiting bone differentiation, and thus used for various gene therapies.
