The present invention relates to a payment and management system based on an NFC tag integrated with a cloth or accessory product and a payment and management method using the same. The payment and management system based on an NFC tag integrated with a cloth or accessory product comprises: an NFC integrated cloth/accessory product assembly (10G) made of a plurality of NFC integrated cloth/accessory products (10); an NFC reader assembly (20G) made of a plurality of NFC readers (20); a network (30); and a central server (40). Therefore, the system can provide an additional service using a cloth or accessory product including an NFC tag.
