The present invention relates to a marker composition for predicting a risk of developing lung diseases containing a Fibroblast Growth Factor 2 (FGF2) gene or proteins coded by the gene, a composition for predicting a risk of developing lung diseases containing an agent measuring the level of the gene or the protein, and a method of providing information for predicting a risk of developing lung diseases. A technology for predicting a risk of developing lung diseases according to the present invention is an in-advance method for predicting the risk of developing diseases before developing lung diseases by measuring the level of FGF2 to grasp a state of a lung function, thereby delaying diseases developing time or preventing developing diseases by a proper management after early diagnosis and prediction of lung diseases risk group. Even if the disease develops, the composition of the present invention is expected to be used in an early diagnosis of the lung diseases to lower a developing rate and increase a treating effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
