The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing hit-and-run of a vehicle and to an identification method thereof, wherein the method comprises: an impact sensing step (S1) of sensing and responding to an impact applied to a vehicle when a predetermined or higher level of impact is applied to the vehicle; a rear end triggering step (S2) of performing mechanical triggering by an impact of predetermined strength or higher sensed in the impact sensing step (S1) to release the sealing of the rear end; a sealing releasing step (S3) of releasing the sealing of a structure therein by the impact applied in the rear end triggering step (S2); and a radio frequency identification (RFID) spraying step (S4) of spraying an embedded RFID chip to the outside after the sealing is released by the sealing releasing step (S3).
