The present invention relates to a system for detecting an illegally parked vehicle based on IP RFID capable of confirming illegal parking monitoring state information in real time by using an IP-RFID tag which is embedded in a road to collect vehicle parking information through ultrasonic rays or AMR sensors. The system for detecting an illegally parked vehicle based on IP RFID comprises: the IP-RFID tag; a plurality of relay smart points (SP-R); a gateway smart point (SP-G); and a monitoring server. The IP-RFID tag is embedded in a road at a predetermined interval and collects vehicle parking information. The plurality of relay smart points (SP-R) are positioned in both sides of the road, receive the vehicle parking information of the IP-RFID tag, and transmit the same to the gateway smart point (SP-G). The gateway smart point (SP-G) collects final parking information data from the plurality of relay smart points (SP-R) and remotely transmits the same to the monitoring server. The monitoring server receives illegal parking information through the gateway smart point (SP-G), confirms the illegal parking monitoring state information in the real time, and dispatches a monitoring vehicle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
