The present invention relates to a kit for simultaneous diagnosing human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1, 2, and O using immunologic measurement, and a simultaneous diagnosis method using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously diagnose anti-HIV antibodies including at least two subtypes present in body by using the diagnostic kit.
