The present invention relates to a method to quantitatively evaluate the functionality of finished footwear using biomechanics. More specifically, the method is to construct a footwear performance standardization/certification system and infrastructure by subjectively and scientifically evaluating foot pressure, electromyogram, three-dimensional (3D) motion analysis, and wearing comfort of domestic finished footwear; and to allow a user and a footwear developer to check the resulting value in accordance with an evaluation item so that the user can select footwear suitable for the user′s body and the footwear developer can minimize financial loss due to overlapped investment when a new product is developed. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a functionality evaluation step (100) of evaluating foot pressure, electromyogram, three-dimensional (3D) motion analysis, and wearing comfort of selected finished footwear; a performance standardization step (200) of making evaluation result values acquired through the functionality evaluation step (100) into a database to standardize performance with respect to the finished footwear; and a standardization evaluation publicizing and distributing step (300) of posting performance standardization data set in the performance standardization step (200) on the Internet site of a reliable institution to publicize and distribute the standardized performance evaluation data.
