According to the present invention, a hidden camera module, an electronic apparatus applied with the hidden camera, and a managing method thereof are disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, the hidden camera module comprises: a transparent cover window; a transparent substrate provided in the bottom of the cover window, and forming an electrode unit generating an electric field or a magnetic field when applying power; and an opaque conductive material for moving toward the center of the transparent substrate in response to the electric field or the magnetic field in a driving space by coupling the cover window and the transparent substrate.
