Disclosed are a method for producing a porous silicone structure, a method for producing a palm pad using the same, and a palm pad thereby. To this end, the method for producing the porous silicone structure comprises the following steps: mixing a prepared silicone base and a curing agent; primarily curing a silicone mixture mixed with the silicone base and the curing agent at atmospheric pressure; decompressing ambient pressure of the silicone mixture so that inner bubbles can be expanded in the primarily cured silicone mixture; and secondarily curing the silicone mixture while keeping the ambient pressure decompressed so that the inner bubbles are maintained.
